Some wild stocks of these species are able to produce non- antibiotics substances bringing bio-protection and antibacterial effects. On vegetation, especially in the rhizosphere, it is well-know that the presence of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens avoids the settlement of unwanted hosts such as Burkholderia, Ralstonia, Erwinia, Xanthomonas, Botritys, ecc.
