In particular, at sub-acidic pH it develops benefical fungi very good to the plant, such the ones belonging to the strain Trichoderma Viride, Harzianum and Clonostachys Rosea (endophyte), reaching concentrations above 109 U.F.C.\/g. it is known that these fungi have the capacity to contrast the phytopathogenic fungi (such as Fusarium, Pythium, Armillaria, Phytophora, Sclerotinia, Rhizoctonia Solani, etc.) and also bacteria through various natural mechanisms, beside their capacity to stimulate the growth of the plants and to degrade the organic residues in the soil, including plant protection product residues.
